Position : Recruiter Experience Required : 3-5 years Location : Jayanagar, Bangalore Budget : 3.5-5LPA Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding
- Understand job requirements in coordination with internal teams
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment database and pipeline
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)




- Proficiency in sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work from our Jayanagar office in Bangalore
- Immediate availability preferred
