Role Description : Key Responsibilities :





- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Understand job requirements and draft job description
- Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities

Qualifications :

- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
