Sales Executive - Open Plotting Projects (Real Estate)

Job Summary

The Sales Executive - Open Plotting Projects is responsible for marketing and selling residential open plots in approved real estate layouts. The projects are located approximately 15 km from Vadodara city center, in the surrounding and outskirts areas of Vadodara. The role involves lead generation, site visits, customer interaction, sales closure, and coordination with internal teams to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell open plots in approved layouts
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, digital platforms, and channel partners
- Conduct regular site visits for projects located in the outskirts and surrounding areas of Vadodara
- Explain plot sizes, layout plans, approvals, amenities, pricing, and location benefits to customers
- Guide customers on payment plans, booking process, documentation, and registration procedures
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or sales tracking systems
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal,



and Accounts teams for documentation and registration
- Provide post-sales support until plot registration and handover
- Track competitor projects and stay updated on local real estate market trends

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of open plotting and land sales
- Ability to explain legal approvals and layout details clearly
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach
- Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Sales or marketing certification will be an added advantage

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in open plotting or land sales
- Freshers with robust sales aptitude may also be considered

Project sites located approximately 15 km from Vadodara city center (Vadodara outskirts and surrounding areas)

Reporting To

Sales Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
