Hiring: Senior Social Media Executive

Experience : 2-3 years in Social Media Marketing, with 1-2 years in paid ads (Meta - YouTube).

Job Summary : We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Social Media Executive to manage healthcare client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This hands-on role focuses on lead generation, engagement, and brand authority through paid ads and organic content.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage social media platforms and ensure brand consistency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & YouTube Ads for high-quality patient leads.
- Develop monthly content calendars and track competitor trends.
- Identify high-intent healthcare topics and coordinate content creation.
- Monitor KPIs (Leads, CPL, Engagement, Reach) and share performance reports.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & YouTube Ads,



and Meta Pixel.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and A/B testing.
- Positive knowledge of AI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and lead generation funnels.

Education :

- Graduate in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications.
- Digital Marketing/Meta Ads certification preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.

Salary (CTC): ₹3 LPA - ₹3.6LPA
