Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of video editors and content creators
- Plan, assign, and monitor video editing projects and timelines
- Review and ensure quality of all video content before final delivery
- Edit videos (if required) including cutting, transitions, sound, and graphics
- Coordinate with academic/marketing teams for content requirements
- Maintain consistency, trends in brand style and content quality
- Handle multiple projects and ensure timely completion
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in video editing with team handling experience
- Solid knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational / digital content & Digital Marketing industry
- Understanding of social media video trends (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of content planning and strategy
