Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who can manage and grow our presence on social media, especially Instagram.

The role includes content creation, scheduling content, analytics reporting, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, reels, and graphics using Canva, PowerDirector etc.
- Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Medium.)
- Write clear and engaging captions in English (Punjabi is a plus)
- Schedule and publish posts
- Engage with audiance
- Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
- Track growth, engagement, and reach
- Prepare simple,



presentable reports for managers (monthly/bi-weekly)
- Support campaigns, events, and impact stories

Required Skills :

- Experience managing Instagram or social media pages
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and other editing tools required for the job
- Experience using Buffer or similar scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and consistent with posting

Preferred

- Nonprofit or social cause experience
- Punjabi language skills
- Based in or near Ludhiana

Salary & Growth

- (negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience :

- SMM: 4 years (preferred)
- Content creation: 3 years (preferred)
- Creative writing: 4 years (preferred)
