Department : Sales & Marketing Reports To : Sales Manager / Business Head
Job Type : Full-time Experience : 0-5 years (Freshers with diploma can apply)
Responsibilities :
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct field visits and follow up on leads
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
Skills Required :
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to travel or work in the field
- Target-oriented and result-driven
Qualifications :
- Diploma in any field or higher
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Prior sales experience is a plus but freshers can apply
