This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Bengaluru within a growing hospitality group. The Financial Controller will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial governance and alignment with the company’s strategic growth plans across its hospitality outlets.

Roles and Responsibilities - Financial Controller

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations across all hospitality outlets, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting, and financial compliance.
- Monitor and control beverage and liquor inventory , including stock reconciliation, variance analysis, and coordination with outlet managers to prevent pilferage and wastage.
- Conduct regular audits of purchase bills, vendor invoices, and outlet billing records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
- Implement and maintain strong inventory management systems for food and beverage,



with a specific focus on high-value liquor stock.
- Review daily and weekly POS reports, sales reconciliations, discount and cash controls to identify discrepancies and ensure proper financial tracking.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting , providing insights on outlet-level profitability and cost optimization.
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls, audit processes, and SOPs to strengthen accountability across operations.
- Work closely with operations and procurement teams to optimize purchasing, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiencies across the group.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
