Specialty Plant Nutrition Company dealing in Organic, Bio, Liquid Fertilizers, WSF & Micronutrients.

1. Job Description

Field-based sales role responsible for dealer development, secondary sales and market expansion in assigned territory.

1. Key Responsibilities

Regular visits to dealers & retailers

Generating secondary sales

Order booking & stock movement

New dealer appointment

Farmer interaction & product promotion

Organizing field meetings & demo support

Monitoring competitor activities

Reporting to Area/Regional Manager

2-5 years experience in Agro-input / Fertilizer sales

Local area knowledge preferred

Valuable communication skills

Field-oriented & hardworking

Two-wheeler mandatory

Willing to travel within territory

1. Qualification

Graduate (Agriculture preferred)

1. Salary

₹2.5 - 4.5 LPA

TA/DA + Incentives
