Responsibilities :

- Electrical maintenance and minor repairs
- Plumbing maintenance and fixing leakages
- Basic AC maintenance support
- General facility maintenance work
- Attending breakdown complaints immediately
- Maintaining tools and safety standards
- Coordinating with the facility team when required

Requirements :

- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a technician
- Good knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, and Maintenance work
- ITI / Diploma preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Positive discipline and responsibility

Salary : ₹18000 - ₹25000 per month (Based on experience)

Location Preference : anywhere
