Job Overview

Responsibilities :

- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Create bills and perform data entry in the computer system.
- Register customer complaints and service requests in company software.
- Maintain records of stock inward and outward movements.
- Handle phone calls and communicate with customers professionally.
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff for service-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support day-to-day store and office operations.

Requirements :

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.




- Previous experience in retail, customer service, billing, or office administration will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Customer service orientation.
- Basic inventory management knowledge.
- Data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
