Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive M&I; Supervisor to manage daily installation scheduling, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution by field technicians. This is a coordination-focused role, not a technical installation role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scheduling & Planning
- Create and manage daily fitter schedules
- Allocate jobs based on location, priority, and availability
- Optimize routes to reduce travel time and cost
2. Client Coordination
- Call clients/Supervisors to confirm installation timings
- Handle rescheduling requests
- Maintain qualified communication at all times
3. Execution Tracking
- Track job status (assigned / in-progress / completed)
- Ensure timely completion of installations
- Follow up with technicians for updates
4. Reporting
- Share daily updates with Ops Head
- Maintain basic reports (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Highlight delays, issues, and escalations

Issue Handling
- Manage on-ground issues (delays, client complaints, team conflicts)
- Coordinate quick resolutions
- Graduate (BBA / B.Com / Any stream) or Diploma
- 0-2 years experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with field coordination and handling calls
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
