Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites regularly to supervise, guide, and inspect all electrical and lighting installation activities.
- Explain installation processes, technical drawings, and wiring schematics to installation crews and junior electricians in a clear and practical manner.
- Ensure all lighting fixtures, panels, conduits, and wiring are installed as per specifications, safety codes, and project standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and civil teams to ensure electrical work aligns with the overall project timeline.
- Identify and resolve installation issues on-site, escalating complex problems to the relevant engineering team.
- Conduct pre-installation checks and post-installation testing and commissioning of lighting systems.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure the team follows all electrical safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports and installation completion records.

Requirements :





- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical/lighting installation.
- Prior experience working at a lighting installation is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly in office.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (IS/IEC).
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering (degree preferred).
- Willingness to travel to and work from various project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LED lighting systems, drivers, and control panels.
- Familiarity with smart lighting and DALI/BMS integration.
- Experience in commercial, retail, or industrial lighting projects.
- Valid electrician license or wireman certificate.
- Team leadership experience managing 5+ workers on-site.
