Role Overview We are looking for a highly autonomous, execution-focused individual to join our product team. You will be the "daily engine" of our product operations. Your day-to-day will involve everything from reviewing live educational sessions and managing attendance to building AI solutions and translating data analysis into actionable product tasks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role designed for a systems-thinker who loves automation, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in an workplace where priorities shift quickly as the organization grows. Core Responsibilities

- Daily Product Operations : Actively be a part of operational mechanics of our program, including live session quality reviews, attendance tracking, and process optimization.
- Data to Insights : Analyze product and session data, extract meaningful insights, and convert them into actionable tasks and take necessary steps.
- AI Integration & Automation : Identify, build, and implement AI solutions (like web apps) to automate repetitive daily tasks and improve team efficiency.
- Customer Interaction : Jump on calls with customers who have purchased our programs to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and conduct on-camera video testimonial interviews.




- Documentation & Tracking : Maintain pristine internal documentation and ensure the product roadmap and daily execution tasks stay entirely on track.

Technical & Operational Skills

- Applied AI & Prompt Engineering : Proven ability to use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Groq, etc.) for data extraction, summarization, and automating daily workflows.
- EdTech Operations : Understanding of the dynamics of live learning platforms, student attendance tracking, and course delivery.
- Data & Analytics Literacy : Comfortable navigating data to find insights. Familiarity with querying or visualizing data using tools like Metabase, PBI etc..
- Systems & Database Navigation : Basic understanding of how backend data works and ability to navigate structures like Firebase or Supabase etc and how to map right data.
- Internal Tooling : Experience or high enthusiasm for using low-code platforms and code editors like cursor, VS Code to build AI Solutions and automate repetitive operational tasks.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
