- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (Indo-Chinese & authentic Chinese).
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory related to Chinese section.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
- Knowledge of Chinese sauces, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Experience :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef (preferred).
