Duties & Responsibilities: Loud & Clear

As a Utility Worker, your footprint is everywhere. You are responsible for the flow, cleanliness, and safety of the entire facility. Your core duties include: 1. Dish & Equipment Management

- The Pit : Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry all plates, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen "smalls" using industrial machines and three-compartment sinks.
- Pot & Pan Station :



Scrub and sanitize heavy-duty cooking equipment, ensuring chefs always have clean tools ready.
- Organization : Return all clean items to their proper storage locations quickly to prevent service delays.

2. Facility Cleanliness & Safety

- Floor Care : Regularly sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-ins, and storage areas to prevent slips and falls.
- Waste Management : Empty all trash, recycling, and compost bins throughout the shift. Maintain the cleanliness of the outdoor dumpster area.
- Deep Cleaning : Perform scheduled cleaning of walls, ceiling vents, floor drains, and heavy appliances (fryers, ovens, grills).

3. Back-of-House Logistics

- Receiving : Assist with unloading delivery trucks. Check invoices and organize stock in the pantry, fridge, and freezer using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
- Prep Support : During slow periods, assist the kitchen team with basic prep tasks like peeling vegetables or breaking down boxes.
- Chemical Safety : Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals according to MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) guidelines.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
