Requirements :

- Expertise with EVS concepts/topics at school level (ICSE & CBSE)
- Experience as an EVS teacher at school level (ICSE & CBSE)
- Strong understanding of environmental science, ecology, sustainability and foundational science concepts
- 1 to 2 years of experience teaching ICSE and/or CBSE - EVS content
- Freshers with B.Sc., B.A. Environmental Studies / Environmental Science or related degrees are welcome
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to relocate to Visnagar, Gujarat
- Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and high work quality standards

Responsibilities :

- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with EVS curriculum standards
- Delivering interactive and activity-based lessons to strengthen environmental awareness and scientific thinking
- Designing and administering tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress
- Providing constructive feedback to students to improve conceptual understanding
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing student behaviour and encouraging active participation in discussions and activities
- Fostering awareness about setting, sustainability, conservation and responsible citizenship
- Encouraging observation,



inquiry and critical thinking through projects and real-life examples
- Identifying students who need additional help and providing extra support or remedial lessons
- Offering academic guidance where necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student performance
- Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members
- Planning work schedules ahead of time in concurrence with team members and other leaders
