Language :Telugu & English (mandatory) , Tamil ( preferred** )

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver training sessions on Tally (accounting), GST basics, and MIS reporting
- Train students on data entry, report generation, and documentation processes
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
- Provide hands-on training in Tally ERP, Excel, and basic accounting concepts
- Maintain and manage center-level MIS data, reports, and documentation
- Track trainee attendance, performance, and progress through MIS systems
- Prepare and submit reports as per project requirements
- Conduct assessments and evaluate trainee performance
- Support trainees in job readiness, including basic finance and office skills
- Coordinate with center team for smooth execution of training programs

Eligibility Criteria :





- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification
- Certification in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime preferred)
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in training or accounts/MIS roles

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Positive understanding of MIS reporting and documentation
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
