The TGT Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to middle and secondary grade students, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills as per CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons as per curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids
- Teach concepts like Algebra, Geometry, Arithmetic, and Mensuration
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and exams
- Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and an effective learning environment
- Participate in school activities, PTMs, and academic planning
- Maintain student records and performance reports
Skills Required :
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics with B.Ed. (mandatory) :
- CTET/State TET preferred
Experience
- 2-5 years of teaching experience preferred
- Experience in CBSE/State Board schools
Other Requirements
- Valuable English communication skills
- Passion for teaching Mathematics
