Position Title: School Principal

Reports To: Director/Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership

Oversee curriculum implementation and academic standards

Monitor student performance and school results

Ensure quality teaching and learning practices

Plan academic improvement strategies

1. Staff Management

Supervise teachers and administrative staff

Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations

Support teacher training and professional development

Manage recruitment needs

1. Student Discipline & Welfare

Maintain discipline and school policies

Ensure student safety and well-being

Address parent and student concerns

Promote positive school culture

1. Administrative Duties

Manage daily school operations

Prepare reports for management

Oversee admissions and enrollment targets

Ensure compliance with education regulations

1. Parent & Community Relations

Build robust communication with parents





Organize meetings and school events

Represent the school professionally

1. Financial & Resource Management

Monitor budgets and resources

Ensure proper use of school facilities

Support growth and development plans

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field

Teaching and administrative experience

Strong leadership background

Goal: To ensure smooth school operations, academic excellence, staff effectiveness, and student success.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
