- Bachelor's Degree with NTT/ECCD certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
- Strong classroom management and teaching skills
