Job Title: Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary / Primary) Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Emotional Support : Act as a primary caregiver during school hours, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of every child.
- Lesson Planning : Design creative lesson plans that include storytelling, music, arts, and play-based learning.
- Behavioral Guidance : Foster social skills, hygiene habits, and basic etiquette in a gentle, encouraging manner.
- Parent Communication : Maintain regular, transparent updates with parents regarding their child's progress, milestones, and daily activities.
- Classroom Management : Create a vibrant, organized, and safe classroom "home" that encourages curiosity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : B.Ed, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training),



or ECE (Early Childhood Education) certification preferred.
- Experience : Prior experience working with young children (ages 3-8) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills : Exceptional patience, a warm demeanor, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Communication : Fluency in English and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, child-friendly terms.
- Creativity : Ability to think on your feet and turn a simple lesson into an interactive adventure.

Pay: ₹9,927.79 - ₹20,000.00 per month
