Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Teach Hindi language to students from Grade 1 to Grade 10 as per curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations.
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
- Encourage participation in activities like debates, storytelling, and essay writing.
- Manage classroom discipline effectively.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities.
- Prepare students for exams and support academic improvement.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi or relevant field (B.A. Hindi).
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.

Skills Required :





- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Classroom management ability.
- Creativity in teaching methods.
- Patience and student-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (for online/offline teaching tools).

Additional Requirements :

- Ability to handle both primary and secondary classes.
- Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus (preferred).
- Willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
