Job Summary

Alok Bharti Shikshan Sansthan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to support the Principal and management in leading the institution toward academic excellence, discipline, and holistic student development. The Vice Principal will play a key role in administration, curriculum implementation, staff coordination, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Assist in planning and implementing academic programs and curriculum.
- Monitor classroom teaching standards and ensure quality education delivery.
- Support teachers with instructional strategies, lesson planning, and assessments.

Administrative Duties

- Oversee day-to-day school operations in coordination with the Principal.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to institutional policies.
- Manage timetables, examinations, and school records.

Staff Management

- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Foster a collaborative and skilled work environment.

Student Development

- Promote student discipline, well-being, and extracurricular engagement.
- Address student concerns, behavioral issues,



and parent interactions.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and cultural activities.

Compliance & Communication

- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional standards.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and management.
- Represent the institution in meetings, events, and official functions when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
