Key Responsibilities & Role

- Pedagogical Leader: Defines the school's teaching-learning ecosystem, creates annual pedagogical plans, and integrates arts in education. :

- Academic Supervision: Ensures classroom teaching quality, remedial teaching for students, class room observation and proper assessment. :

- A positive team leader and helps with team-oriented learning and team management :

- Regular parent communication and problem solving skills :

- Administrative Duties: Responsible for teacher evaluation, school discipline, and safety. :

- Board Compliance: Acts as Centre Superintendent for examinations and handles result processing without delegating authority :

- Education: A Master’s degree is generally required, along with a B.Ed. or M.Ed.. :

- Experience: Requires more than 2 years Experience :

- (Principal/Vice-Principal) in a CBSE up to 12th Grade :

- Skills: Strong communication (English), computer proficiency, and leadership skills are essential. :
