Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching : Delivering high-quality English lessons covering various aspects of language, literature, and writing.
- Curriculum Development : Creating and maintaining a well-structured English curriculum aligned with academic standards.
- Classroom Management : Establishing a positive and engaging learning workplace.
- Assessment : Evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Individualized Support : Providing extra help to students needing assistance with English skills.
- Literature Exploration : Introducing students to diverse literary genres, authors, and texts, fostering critical analysis.
- Exam Preparation : Preparing students for examinations and providing necessary resources.
- Collaboration : Working with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning environment.
- Professional Development : Participating in departmental meetings, training, and workshops.
