- Plan and conduct engaging play-based learning activities (stories, songs, art, games, and outdoor play)
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom setting
- Observe and track each child’s progress and development
- Encourage positive behavior, good habits, and basic life skills
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and needs
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and safety standards
