- Counsel nursing students regarding DAMS Nursing courses, entrance exams, and career pathways.
- Explain course structure, perks, batch schedules, and learning modes.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions to ensure enrolment closure.
- Visit nursing colleges and hospitals for student outreach.
- Conduct on-ground promotions, seminars, and counselling sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with college management, faculty, and student coordinators.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM / M.Sc Nursing (mandatory).
- Experience: 1-3 years in academic counselling, education sales, or field sales (EdTech preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
