Job Summary : We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Office Executive to be the face of our dance studio. This role involves managing daily front desk operations, welcoming students and visitors, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage class schedules, registrations, and attendance records
- Process fee payments and maintain basic financial records
- Coordinate with dance instructors for class updates and scheduling changes
- Maintain studio cleanliness and front desk organization
- Assist in promotions, events, and student engagement activities
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
Requirements :
- Proven experience in front office, receptionist,
or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, booking systems, etc.)
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
- Interest in dance, fitness, or arts is a bonus
Working Hours :
- Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends (aligned with class schedules)
