Our mission is to deliver safe, natural, and dermatologically tested products for children aged 5 to 12. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated executive who can manage both customer support and operational responsibilities with care and efficiency.
Role Overview : We are looking for a Customer Care & Operations Executive who can provide warm and prompt customer service, check the quality of product shipments before dispatch, and oversee daily stock movement.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support & Chat Handling
- Provide product-related information and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain a parent-friendly tone and build customer trust.
Order Quality Check
- Inspect every order before dispatch to ensure correct product, quantity,
and packaging.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely order processing.
Stock Supervision
- Physically verify and record incoming and outgoing stock.
- Track daily inventory and alert management on low-stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Positive communication skills in English and [regional language].
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Shopify (training can be provided).
