Job Summary : As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the voice of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with our customers, understand their travel requirements, share exciting holiday/travel packages, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call existing and prospective customers to introduce our exclusive travel packages, cab services, and holiday tours.
- Understand customer requirements and provide them with the best travel solutions and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads promptly to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and booking statuses in our database.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve any queries regarding bookings or travel plans.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery to the client.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Education : Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream
- Experience : 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!).
- Languages : Strong command over Gujarati and Hindi . Good command over English is a major advantage.
- Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and persuasively.
