Key Responsibilities

- Outbound and Inbound Calls : Initiate calls to prospective clients to promote products or services and respond to incoming customer queries or support requests.
- Lead Generation : Identify potential customers, gather information, and create a pipeline for the sales team.
- Customer Engagement : Build rapport, understand customer needs, provide solutions, and influence prospects to enter the sales funnel.
- Data Management : Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements accurately in CRM systems.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
- Market Awareness : Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers and provide feedback to improve products or services.
- Customer Service : Handle complaints, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
