Experience : 2 years or above
About the Role : We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Management : Schedule, confirm, reschedule patient appointments.
- Inbound/Outbound Calls : Handle inquiries regarding doctor availability, medical services, procedures, and health packages.
- Patient Follow-up : Reach out to patients for feedback, reminders, and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and interaction logs in the CRM or hospital system.
- Coordination : Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments to streamline services.
- Support Services : Address patient complaints, provide emergency information, or handle nighttime inquiries.
Requirements :
- Minimum 12th pass qualification & Graduation will be preferable :
- Good communication and interpersonal skill in Bengali, Hindi/English :
- Looking for Immediate joiners
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
