Job Summary

The Customer Service & Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role acts as a link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Sales Support

- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance data.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

Order Management





- Process customer orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, or production teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage order documentation, invoices, and shipping details.

Coordination & Communication

- Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and billing issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field .
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or sales support .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities .

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
