Position :Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Maintain records of customer interactions

Escalate issues when required

Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships

Qualifications and skills Requirement : Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customers professionally

Working Details : 5 days working with 1 rotational off

Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
