Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, returns & services Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain proper documentation of calls and customer interactions in the system Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
Requirements / Eligibility
Freshers can apply Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Positive listening skills and problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Duration : 9 hours/day (including breaks) Working Days : 6 days/week (Rotational) Week Off : Rotational Cab Facility : Not available Work Mode : Work from Office (In-person)
