Acts as a liaison between UPS Freight Forwarding and our external/internal customers, and manages customer expectations

- Involves ocean freight analysis, review rates, and tracks and traces information to the customer
- Processes international shipments and ensures specific customer requirements are followed
- Processes shipments and dispatches delivery orders and pickup orders in accordance with UPS and governmental policy and regulations
- Prepares reports, customer set ups, updating customer profiles, investigates status of existing service requests
- Determines most efficient shipping method for orders and engages with ocean and rail 3PLs
- Performs various ad hoc tasks as needed

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong customer service skills and problem solving acumen
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- In-depth understanding of ocean transportation regulations & functions, brokerage industry,



freight forwarding routing or ability to acquire desired knowledge
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- General administrative skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Multitasker with ability to work in a team workplace or independently
- Systems knowledge and experience

Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary : ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
