Key Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
Basic understanding of Test Cases preparation, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting
Familiarity with Automation basics (Selenium, Core Java, or Python) and SQL queries is an added advantage
Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Freshers with trained/certified course in Software Testing are highly preferred
