Job Position : Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location : Remote / Work from Home
REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduate (REQUIRED)
- 2 Years Customer Service Experience (REQUIRED)
- 2 Years Call Center Experience (PREFERRED)
- All times are in EST
- Bi-lingual agent (Spanish/French & English being mandatory language)
- Positive Internet connection with minimum speed at 100 MBPS (both uploads and downloads).
- Quiet area so there' s no disturbance while taking calls.
- Own Laptop or Desktop (only Windows, HP, Dell, etc. and NO Apple Laptop or Chrome Book).
- Telephone connection/mobile connection to take international calls.
