Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and ordering
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a skilled and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
Good to Have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the blue grey collar industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
