Summary :We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Representative (CSR) . In this role, you will be responsible for managing backend office work (Overseas Companies) To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanour, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and effective when handling complaints or providing policy information.
Responsibilities :
- Manage large books of business for commercial lines and personal lines insurance clients
- Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
- Learning and understanding company insurance products
- Ability to learn new software with time
- Ability to understand and work on virtual desktop systems.
Requirements :
1. Ms Excel (Advance Level) is mandatory.
2. Hands-on experience with MS- Office.

1. Salary: INR 18k - 20k in hand 2. PERKS :
