- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and services
- Maintain customer data and records
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Provide basic customer support and information
Requirements :
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi / local language preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
