Actively sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls
- Understand and advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs
- Conduct virtual meetings to build relationship with new customers if required
- Send quotations
- Processing customer purchase order and ensure timely delivery of ordered product
- Maintain long lasting relationship with existing customers and after sales service
- Previously processed orders to be contacted
- Previous non-service enquiries to be contacted
- Maintain customers details in the prescribed format
- Should have product knowledge
- Should have valuable communication skill, negotiation skill and convincing skill
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
