Need Experienced Customer Support Associates/ Telecallers/ Telemarketers for the Australian Outbound Process. We are looking to hire a confident and energetic CSA for our outbound process.

Job criteria :

1. Should be smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.

2. Age must be between 18-27 years.

3. WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY.

Job Role :

1. Research, track, maintain and update leads.

2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business.

3. Contact prospects to qualify leads.

4. Provide accurate and timely information to management.

5. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
