- Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, offers, and services
2. Lead Management
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM system)
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the sales team for test drives and conversions
3. Customer Follow-Up
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Remind customers about service schedules, insurance renewals, and feedback
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
4. Coordination
- Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in documentation and delivery process
5. Feedback & Retention
- Collect customer feedback and maintain records
- Work on improving customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
