Role Overview : We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented professionals to join our International Customer Support Team . This role involves assisting global customers through chat (70%) and voice (30%) , ensuring timely resolution of queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international customer interactions via chat and voice in a professional manner
- Resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and account support
- Provide accurate information while demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain high standards of service quality and comply with company policies
- Achieve individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education :
Minimum 12th / +2 / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience :
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support is preferred
- Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong customer handling and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
