We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client relations executive with experience in the solar industry to manage installation coordination and daily operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of solar projects by acting as a bridge between installers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule solar installation projects efficiently
- Manage and communicate with installers to ensure timely execution
- Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the installation process
- Provide real-time operational support and resolve on-site issues
- Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct quality checks and ensure installations meet compliance standards
- Handle documentation related to compliance, safety, and project completion
- Track system performance and coordinate maintenance when required
- Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders
Requirements :
- Prior experience in solar operations, site coordination, or installation management :
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making capability
- Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes preferred
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (starting at 4:30 AM)
