Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

We at Multibhashi are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions in a qualified and customer-friendly manner.

Eligibility: Minimum 6 months customer support/BPO experience

Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational off

Shifts: Role Overview: Resolve queries with clarity and empathy

Communicate in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi)

Skills Required: Good English communication (neutral accent)

Strong listening and typing skills

Patient, calm, and customer-focused approach

Work Location: Chennai | Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
