We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions and reservations for our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage table bookings and check availability.
- Share restaurant details like location, timings, and offers.
- Coordinate party, group, and event bookings.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain booking records and daily reports in CRM.
- Coordinate with the outlet team for smooth reservation management.
Requirements :
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in customer service/CRM/hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Reliable internet connection for work from home.
Location : Work From Home Experience : 1-3 Years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
