Job Title : Customer Care Executive

Job Type : Full-Time

Responsibilities :

- Customer queries aur complaints resolve karna
- Product/service related information provide karna
- Customer satisfaction ensure karna
- CRM system me data update karna
- Escalations ko timely handle karna

Eligibility :

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

- Basic computer knowledge zaroori hai

- Salary :

- Fresher : ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

- Skills Required :

- Good communication skills

- Problem-solving ability

- Customer handling

- Patience & listening skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Experienced (1-3 yrs) : ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

- Incentives + Performance Bonus

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
